Baby Yoga is back! Class begins April 12, reserve your spot now for you and baby!

Let's do yoga together! Bring your babies, up to 12 months of age, for some baby yoga! Learn some fun poses to do with baby that will help them sleep better, improve digestion, boost immune system, increase neuromuscular development as well as promote a happy and healthy environment. There are so many reasons why yoga is great to start with our children at a young age. The best reason is it's fun bonding time for parent and baby. This class is by donation at your own discretion.

New Classes

Pose Breakdown Yoga

New yoga class breaking down yoga poses into detail for better alignment in your practice. This is a great class for the notice or the seasoned yogi. Feel better with your practice by seeing and feeling how the small adjustments benefit your practice.

$3 Community Yoga

Now offering Community Yoga at both locations every Saturday at 8:15am at Badger Health Center and 9:15am at Fitness & Wellness. This is a yoga class to be kind to your heart and to our pocketbooks. Community Yoga classes are offered at a reduced price so that they are accessible to everyone. Each week be introduced to a new instructor offering a great opportunity to move, breath and relax.

Are you ready to relieve some of that pregnancy weight tension? How about strengthening the pelvic floor to get yourself ready for labor and delivery? Yoga helps you learn to breathe deeply and relax, which will come in handy as you face the physical demands of labor, birth, and motherhood. In fact, one of the first things you learn in a yoga class is how to breathe fully. Not only are you learning to relax and relieve tension, yoga classes are a great way to meet other pregnant women and to become part of a community. Being in a positive, supportive environment with others can give you a regular emotional boost and keep you motivated to continue exercising. Bring along your birthing partner so you have these techniques to use during labor together.
